Everybody reacts differently to grief. Grief is a normal process of healing but it is sometimes difficult for family and friends to give you the support you need.

It can be a great relief to be able to share your experience of the death of a loved one with someone outside your immediate circle, and who has time to listen and understand something of what you are going through.

Our trained volunteers are experienced in supporting people through many different kinds of bereavements, including suicide and sudden and unexpected deaths.
